QUIZ: Are you Extraverted, Introverted, or AMBIVERTED?

August 20, 2010 by Anthony Centore Leave a Comment

Extraversion and introversion are normally measured by self-report surveys. Ambiverted persons possess both introverted and extroverted characteristics. The quiz below has 10 “agree or disagree” statements. For the first five questions, agreement suggests that you are extraverted. For the last five questions, agreement indicates introversion. Give it a go!

I am the life of the party. Agree / Disagree
I enjoy being the center of attention. Agree / Disagree
I am skilled in handling social situations. Agree / Disagree
I like to be where the action is. Agree / Disagree
I make new friends easily. Agree / Disagree

I am quiet around strangers. Agree / Disagree
I don’t like to draw attention to myself. Agree / Disagree
I don’t like to party on the weekends. Agree / Disagree
I like to work independently. Agree / Disagree
I often enjoy spending time by myself. Agree / Disagree

Score

If you agreed with most of the questions in section one, you are extroverted.
If you agreed with most of the question in section two, you are introverted.
If you agreed with most of the questions in BOTH sections, you are ambiverted.
